The service

Ordinal Doctrine Mail is a beta Gmail client that presents a connected mailbox as a person-based history and sends messages the user composes through Gmail.

Business eligibility and authority

The beta is for organizations, not personal or consumer use. You must be at least 18, have authority to bind the organization you represent, and connect only a work Gmail account and data that organization is authorized to process.

Mailbox data roles

For connected mailbox content, the organization is the controller and Ordinal Doctrine acts only as its processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these Terms. The organization is responsible for notices, lawful bases, instructions and responses to correspondents. Ordinal Doctrine separately controls the application, account, support and security data described in the Privacy Policy.

Sensitive and regulated use

Do not use the beta for health records, biometric data, criminal records, children’s data or another regulated sensitive-data workflow unless Ordinal Doctrine has agreed in writing after legal and security review.

Free Founding Beta

The current Founding Beta provides the real Gmail-connected product free of charge. Any eligible organization user may connect a work Gmail account and use every current feature without an application or invitation. We do not collect a card and the beta does not convert to a paid plan automatically. Any future paid offer will show its price and terms and require a separate affirmative purchase before any charge.

Restrictions

You may not compromise the service, connect another person's account without authority, process unlawful content, send spam, resell the service or reverse engineer it.

Service limits

The service is not a replacement archive for Gmail. Important original mail should remain in Gmail. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
