Common questions

How is the Founding Customer Pilot different from the demo?

The demo uses generic examples. The pilot is configured for your business and covers one agreed input, one agreed output, your approved rules, one included revision, and approved test cases.

Does the pilot use AI to transform orders?

No. It uses only the mappings and fixed validation rules you approve. It does not guess or fill in missing values.

What do I receive for USD 490 fixed?

One browser-based converter configured for your agreed input and output, a column map and rule sheet, test files and results, a blocked-row report, one consolidated revision after the first test output, a 30-minute handoff, and 14 days to correct reproducible defects against the approved specification.

Can you add API or SFTP later?

We can quote live connections separately after the CSV conversion is accepted and the required documentation and sandbox access are available.
