Refund Policy

Current beta

The current Founding Beta is free. It does not collect a card or payment and does not convert automatically to a paid plan, so there is no beta charge to refund.

Unexpected charge

If a charge claims to be from Ordinal Doctrine, email andrea@nprit.co.kr with the date and amount, but do not send card numbers or other payment credentials.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
