Refund Policy
Effective August 4, 2026
First payment
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment.
Renewals
Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. If the service has not been used after a renewal, you may request a refund of that renewal within 14 days.
How to request
Email billing@ordinaldoctrine.com from the address used for payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
