Manage and delete your data

View and correct

Open the Mail app to view synchronized messages. Correct original messages or Google contacts in Gmail. Edit private contact aliases and markers directly in Ordinal Doctrine.

Sign out on a shared browser

In Mail accounts, choose Sign out. This ends only the current 30-day browser session and clears drafts, aliases and private markers from that browser. Connected Gmail accounts and synchronized server data remain available after the next authorized sign-in.

Google Workspace administrator approval

If Google says an administrator blocked access, ask a Workspace administrator to open Admin console → Security → Access and data control → API controls → Manage third-party app access, add OAuth client ID 123561593259-moainvnlrmmd2ku5050pgvb83mo8qtal.apps.googleusercontent.com, and mark it trusted for the required Gmail scopes. Beta capacity limits

The server synchronizes up to 50,000 recent messages per account, while one browser keeps at most the 120 most recent loaded messages in memory. Attachment downloads and forwarded original attachments are limited to 8 MiB through the beta app. A sent message is indexed into up to three external person histories. Larger attachments and the complete sent original remain available in Gmail.

Delete Ordinal Doctrine service data

In the Mail app, open the account control at the lower left, choose Mail accounts, then choose Delete service data and confirm. The service asks Google to revoke access for every connected Gmail account, deletes the synchronized messages, OAuth credentials, delivery records, policy-acceptance record and sessions from the active application database, and clears aliases and markers from the current browser.

What deletion does not do

Deletion does not remove original messages from Gmail or clear another browser's local storage. Google access is normally revoked automatically. If the app reports one or more revocation failures, remove Ordinal Doctrine manually in Google Account permissions.
